Children and Adolescents age 5 - 18 can be referred to NorthPointe Family Center in several ways: parents or guardians, outpatient therapists, primary care physicians, mental health providers, emergency services clinicians, doctors, inpatient hospitals, case managers, employee assistance programs, community agencies, hospitals, clergy.
